Cookie-free, privacy-first website analytics. One setting: your site ID.

== Description ==

quietstats counts visitors, pages, sources, countries and devices without cookies, so you don't need a consent banner for it. The script is under 1 KB.

This plugin adds the quietstats tag to every page of your site. It sets no cookies, stores nothing about your visitors in WordPress and makes no requests from your server.

* Paste your site ID and you're done.
* Optional: count outbound links, file downloads and custom events.
* Optional: don't count logged-in editors and admins.
* Works with your own-domain script host.

You need a free quietstats account: https://quietstats.co.uk/signup

== Installation ==

1. Upload the zip in Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, then Activate.
2. Go to Settings → quietstats and paste your site ID (quietstats → Manage site → Install, the id="…" in your script).
3. Clear your caching plugin's cache, if you use one.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==
