One zip with everything for your account, and a self-serve way to delete the account and its data.
Data & privacy
A real quietstats screen, taken with a throwaway test account that was deleted afterwards.
What it does
Settings → Your data has Download (a zip of CSV and JSON) and Delete account.
Why it matters
Your data is yours: take it with you, or remove it, without emailing anyone.
How to use it
Open Settings → Your data.
Press Download for a zip of your sites, settings, goals and totals per month and per day.
To delete, type the confirmation, enter your password and confirm. It can’t be undone.
How it works
From the account data code. Batches keep one deletion from using up the whole day’s database write allowance.
Privacy
The download holds totals only: no raw rows, visitor codes, key hashes or secrets.
Deletion removes your account, sites and settings at once; raw rows of big sites are cleared in daily batches.
No cookies, and nothing stored on the visitor’s device.
Reports show totals only: never a visitor list, IP address or single visit.
Plans
Every plan, including Free. quietstats is free during launch: the Free plan covers 1 site and 5,000 pageviews a month, and no card is needed. See pricing.
Questions
Can I delete one site instead?
Yes: Sites → ⚙ Manage → Danger zone deletes that site and all its data.
How long does deletion take?
Your account, sites and settings go at once. Up to 5,000 raw rows per site go straight away; the rest of a big site goes in the daily clean-up.
