Import from Plausible or GA4
Bring your history across from Plausible (CSV export or API key) or Google Analytics 4 (CSV).

What it does
An import page that previews what it found and how many rows it will write before anything is saved, and an undo button for every import.
Why it matters
Switching tools shouldn’t mean starting your charts from zero.
How to use it
- Press ⤓ Import above the dashboard.
- Upload a Plausible CSV export or GA4 CSVs, or paste a Plausible API key.
- Check the preview and confirm. Undo removes the import in one click.
How it works
- Upload Plausible’s CSV export or GA4 CSVs, or paste a Plausible API key.
- Check the preview: dates, totals and rows to write.
- Confirm, or cancel. Undo removes an import in one click.
Privacy
- Collected: Daily totals from your old tool
- Not collected: The Plausible API key: used once, never stored
- No cookies, and nothing stored on the visitor’s device.
- Reports show totals only: never a visitor list, IP address or single visit.
Limits
- Up to 12 files, 8 MB in total
- Up to 20,000 daily rows per import
- Rows: about 3 per imported daily row

Questions
Do imported days look different?
Imported history fills charts and totals. Reports that need individual pageviews, such as journeys, start from your quietstats data.
