Send a weekly summary, spike alerts and goal alerts to a Slack, Discord or Microsoft Teams channel.
Alerts & monitoring
A real quietstats screen, taken with a throwaway test account that was deleted afterwards.
What it does
Per-site incoming-webhook settings on the Alerts page, with a Send test button.
Why it matters
Your team already reads chat. A weekly summary where they work beats a dashboard nobody opens.
How to use it
In Slack, Discord or Teams, create an incoming webhook for the channel and copy its URL.
Open Alerts → Slack, Discord and Teams, pick the site, paste the URL and choose weekly summary, spike alerts and goal alerts.
Press Send test to check it arrives.
Scheduled summaries and alerts start once scheduled chat sending is switched on; the Alerts page says when.
How it works
From the alerts and anomaly code. Alert emails are not switched on.
Privacy
Webhook URLs are stored encrypted and never shown again.
Messages carry totals only: counts, top page, top source.
Only the platforms’ own webhook addresses are accepted, over https.
No cookies, and nothing stored on the visitor’s device.
Reports show totals only: never a visitor list, IP address or single visit.
Plans
Every plan, including Free. quietstats is free during launch: the Free plan covers 1 site and 5,000 pageviews a month, and no card is needed. See pricing.
Questions
Which URLs work?
Slack incoming webhooks and Workflow Builder triggers, Discord channel webhooks, and Teams Workflows or the older Office connectors.
Why didn’t a scheduled message arrive?
Scheduled sending isn’t switched on yet; Send test works now.
